It seals old wallpaper adhesive and repairs torn paper on damaged drywall eliminating bubbles. It is specially formulated to penetrate deeply and dry to hard forming a moisture resistant film. It binds down porous, chalky surfaces, crumbling surfaces, paints and textured finishes.
