Application: Apply two coats of colour gel coat, to clean prepared nails & cure each coat separately for 60 seconds using an LED lamp or 120 seconds using a UV lamp. Apply Hi-Shine Non-Wipe UV/LED Top-Coat & cure. Using the applicator, rub the metallic powder onto the nails. You will need at least 2 layers of powder. Rub well until you have a metallic finish.
