The difference between size 0-6M and size 6-18M is barely noticeable to the eye. At size 0-6 months it is slightly shorter and wider at the bottom (the narrowest part). The brand advises to change the pacifier every 6 weeks, because natural rubber (whatever brand it is) when used a lot, inflates and enlarges. And this can cause when buying a new pacifier of the same size the child rejects that nipple despite the same one that was bought.
