Excellent for joining handrails end to end or a horizontal handrail to a newel post. The open channel housing allows you to drop the housing over the shaft for easy thread engagement. Screwing in the threaded section is simple using a spanner. The mechanism requires a 25mm x 20mm housing and a 5mm hex key for tensioning.
