Increase the efficiency and capacity of your dust extraction system. This kit contains fittings to help build an effective cyclone interceptor. Just add a large receptacle such as a dustbin or similar sized drum and some 100mm hose. The fittings use cyclonic action to separate larger particles from the dust flow. Installed between a machine and a dust extractor your newly built cyclone will capture the bulk of the waste in the bottom of the bin before it reaches the extractor. This reduces wear and tear on your extractor’s impeller and filter. It also means the waste bag takes much longer to fill as only the finer particles reach your extractor. The kit comprises two 100mm diameter ports and two 100mm elbows plus two hose clamps and a hardware pack. The instructions include a template for fitting the parts to the bin lid. Tip; use silicone sealant when fitting the ports and elbows.
